  • Q. How long does it take to assemble the MaxTrainer?

    A. There is minimal assembly required and a full instruction guide and video can be found above under assembly videos. 

  • Q. What is a Risk-Free-Trial?

    A - The Risk-Free-Trial is an excellent option for people who want to try the Max Trainer in the comfort of their own home, before they pay in full. 

  • Q. How long does delivery take?

    A. Standard delivery time is 7-10 working days, however your agent will be able to give you a more refined delivery time when you contact them. 

  • Q. Can I return the Max Trainer if I change my mind?

    A. We stand behind our home fitness machines for the simple reason that they're proven to work.
